To begin your journey as a new supplier with Metcash, you will need to complete our self-serve onboarding process. A critical step in this process is the signing of our trading terms, which is necessary for your account to be activated. Before you commence the application, we strongly recommend you visit our dedicated Become a Supplier page . This page provides essential information on what you need to know before signing the trading terms and will guide you through all the required onboarding and approval steps. How do I reinstate, extend or renew my trading terms? To extend your trading range to other states, gain Cross Dock terms, or renew/reinstate your trading terms, contact the Trading Terms team at tradingterms@metcash.com How can I trade in other states? To expand your trading to other states, please contact the Trading Terms team at tradingterms@metcash.com . What is the difference between Metconnect and Sorted?
